Certified Massage Therapist located in Sonoma County, California. I received my education in massage therapy at National Holistic Institute College of Massage in Petaluma, California. I have training and experience in a number of modalities and related sciences. I love massage because it gives me an opportunity to work hands-on helping people, and I get to see big results of my work after just an hour with my clients. Massage provides me a way to give to others in a relaxing and fun environment. I am currently serving the counties of Sonoma and Napa with Outcall Massage - Quality Massage in the comfort of your own home.

Evidence Based Practice

I believe in an evidence based practice to treat muscle tension and pain. Through massage you can find decreased tension and pain while increasing range of motion and overall well-being. I am fascinated by the problem solving aspect of manual bodywork, I use posture assessment and range of motion testing to help find probable muscles causing imbalance and pain. These techniques help me decrease chronic pain and give my clients the ability to use their body in ways they may not have felt possible. You may find immediate results after a good massage session, but remember that any chronic pain or poor posture was not formed overnight and can not be completely reversed in only 60 minutes.

I believe healthy lifestyles lead to healthy bodies.
