I offer a variety of services, as I work with a number of different modalities to create a massage experience personally tailored to your needs. No cookie-cutter routines here.
Swedish Massage
60 and 90 Minute Sessions
A relaxing massage that calms the mind, soothes sore muscles and increases overall well-being. Performed with aromatherapy oil of your choice and professional, safe draping standards. The perfect treatment for those who need to escape the demands of their hectic lives, pamper themselves, and/or pregnant women.
Thai Massage
90 and 120 Minute Sessions
Thai Massage is traditionally practiced fully clothed and on a mat on the floor. It can be described as "having yoga done to you" you'll leave the mat feeling taller, looser, more flexible and rejuvenated. A favorite of athletic clients who prefer deep pressure and powerful stretches. Sessions are traditionally longer to properly warm the muscles, so I do not offer 60 minute appointments with this modality. Wearing clothes you can move around in such as workout pants is essential.
Deep Tissue Massage
60 and 90 Minute Sessions
Deeper pressure for those who prefer it, allowing me to slide through layers of fascia and muscle. Deep Tissue should never be completely painful, I work with your pressure thresholds to create a comfortable and highly effective massage. Working with your muscles and connective tissues, not against them. Decrease tension, pain, chronic holding patterns and increase range of motion.
Chair Massage
2 Hour Minimum
Provide Chair Massage for your event or group. Corporate Massage, Sports events, and any special event you can think of can benefit from chair massage! If you have an event in mind please contact me with the event information and we can come up with a plan together.
